Application Service Management (ASM)

We take over the coordination of assigned IT systems and platforms of our customers based on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Our IT service experts monitor and control the planning and the capacities of the IT systems and their software installations. We define, establish and optimise process standards for IT service management (ITSM) in permanent close cooperation and consultation with our customers. For existing contracts and those to be renegotiated, we draft requirements for operating services in cooperation with IT service providers.

In the context of quality improvement and cost reduction of ITSM, we are also able to advise and support our customers with many years of experience. Based on this expertise, our services include the performance of cost-benefit analyses, the development of efficient operating models and the presentation of results that are relevant for upper management. Further tasks that we gladly take into our hands and responsibility, are:

  • the application-operated infrastructure
  • the maintenance and support of the application (Application Support) as well as
  • the user support (first and second level support)
