The “Application” team operates and offers support for applications from our company such as M/Archive or M/Suite for SAP. It is irrelevant whether these applications are located in your data centre, in the cloud or in a hybrid environment.
If required, we can also take over the operation of customer-specific applications from third parties. The necessary processes are designed and documented in a coordinated transition.
The service ranges from updating the applications, monitoring defined programs or services and correcting errors in the event of incidents to communication and escalation of recurring problems with the responsible application providers.
